What is the future of public transportation in our community? Find out at the next Shoreline Rotary Club meeting on Wednesday, July 15.

The club will host Erik Ashlie-Vinke, Government & Community Relations Director for Sound Transit’s North Corridor, alongside Savanna Steele from the same department. They will present on the topic, “Sound Transit: Current Routes & Shoreline’s Horizon.”

Erik joined Sound Transit in 2020 and brings years of experience advancing regional transportation and economic development initiatives. In his current role, he focuses heavily on the Lynnwood Link and Everett Link extensions, making him a passionate advocate for improving mobility from Shoreline all the way to Everett.

Together, Erik and Savanna will give attendees an up-to-date look at active transit lines running through Shoreline. They will also share an exclusive preview of upcoming regional expansion projects, answering the critical question: Where does our transit system go from here.
